Assume you have gone through the link below and have been able to run existing test cases. http://www.kenfuse.com/forum/material-regarding-seleniumxml I think it would be useful to set a goal for the project before getting to the tasks. How about a goal of increasing the test coverage from X to Y? So, the step 1 would be to determine the current coverage.
