Filter parent drop down to titles within the group for project documentation

The New document link used to create new document pages show as drop down for selecting the parent page. This drop down right now picks all titles through out the site. The requirement is to restrict this to project related document titles only. This will help ensure restrict cross project links. This can be developed as a og_book module. If there are external links required suggest including them as related documents or links in the page content
