Location based peer-to-peer tweeting

A Twitter-like application, only in a limited-area network without a server component. An application that lets you tweet whats on your mind and check out what other people are saying within a small range.

If you're in a café, and you want to share with the world that the drink you have ordered is out-of-this-world. You open up our application, and set a status message of sorts, which will be shared.
You want to see what other people in the room are saying? Do a fetch - the application seeks out other phones and fetches their status message, and you could sort it by latest, or by a certain subject. Businesses could set status messages recommending something on the menu or publicise offers. Participants at conferences could set-up real time live tweets.

Your status message is cleared from the area when your phone is no longer reachable, i.e. when the next person who fetches messages can't reach your phone, they can't see your message.
